Chicago weather: Dense fog, drizzle expected to linger; warmer weather on the horizon

For fans attending tonight’s Chicago Bears game, a mild evening is expected with temperatures holding steady in the 40s. 

A slight chance of showers could bring brief rain, but any precipitation is likely to remain minimal.

Looking ahead to Friday, temperatures will rise further, with highs reaching around 50 degrees. However, rain will move in during the morning hours, potentially affecting the commute. 

Another round of rain is anticipated Friday night, likely clearing the area before dawn on Saturday.

The weekend forecast appears mostly dry but cloudy. Highs are expected to reach the mid-50s on Saturday and around 50 on Sunday, offering a mild close to the weekend.
