4th annual Santa Car-A-Van spreads cheer to kids in South and West side communities
CHICAGO - On Saturday, cars were getting loaded up with toys to be handed out to kids on the South and West side.
It was the fourth annual Santa Car-A-Van, put together by the group, Mothers and Men Against Senseless Killing.
Their goal is to give presents to kids who are often scared to go outside.
So yesterday, more than 20 cars drove around handing out gifts.
