Chicago permit parking system experiencing issues

CHICAGO - A citywide issue affecting permit parking was reported Wednesday in Chicago.

Ald. Daniel La Spata (1st) tweeted about the issue just before noon which he said impacts the "permit parking daily guest passes system."

The city is investigating the cause of the problem.

La Spata recommended patrons calling in advance.
