Community leaders demand action following police accountability report

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - A lack of response from Mayor Rahm Emanuel regarding the recent police accountability task force report has some community leaders up in arms and demanding action.

The 190-page report slammed the Chicago Police Department as being racially biased and deemed it a "broken" system fraught with corruption.
