86-year-old man killed in Auburn Gresham shooting identified
CHICAGO - An 86-year-old man that was killed in a shooting in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood Saturday morning has been identified.
Charles Hobson Sr. was found in the 8100 block of South Throop Street just before 10 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the left thigh, according to Chicago police.
He was transported to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition, where he died due to his injuries, police said.

No arrests have been reported. Area detectives are investigating.
