Fist fight causes delay for Dallas flight to Los Angeles

A fist fight between two passengers led to an hour delay for a flight from Dallas to Los Angeles.

Witnesses say a man originally got into an argument with flight attendants over the overhead bins on the Southwest flight last Friday. When asked to get off the plane, he refused. It forced the pilot to ask all passengers to deplane.

Another passenger then asked the man to get off the plane so everyone could get to Los Angeles. Witnesses say the man then spat on the other passenger, prompting the fight.

Everyone eventually got off the plane, and the original instigator was kicked off the flight.

One person posted a video to Snapchat of the fight with the caption, "Walmart of the skies."

The flight was delayed an hour. Some passengers on board say they missed their connection in Los Angeles because of the brawl.
