Man shot in chest in West Englewood

CHICAGO - A man was shot in the chest in Chicago's West Englewood neighborhood on Saturday.

Chicago police said the victim, 41, was inside a residence on South Winchester near 57th when he was shot by an unknown offender.

He was hospitalized in fair condition.

No one is in custody.
