(FOX News) - Former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Tim Tebow surprised a young boy suffering from cancer and the video of the amazing moment is going viral.
The clip - shared by the Tim Tebow Foundation on Facebook - has been watched 4 million times since Tuesday night.
Nathaniel Nelson, 13, was so overwhelmed seeing his gridiron hero, he burst into tears in his hospital bed.
As you can see in the clip, Nathaniel is a huge fan of the Florida Gators, where Tebow starred for four years, winning two national titles.
