Tucson police investigate white powdery substance seen all over city

TUCSON, Ariz. (Fox 32 News) - Tucson Police are investigating a bizarre, white powdery substance that has been seen all over the city.

In a humorous video posted on Twitter, police are seen examing a snowman and taking small samples in as "evidence."

"We don't know what's going on. We've never seen this before," "some stuff we are taking to the lab. Please don't go out in it. 

The police officer picks up some "white powdery substance" and says "it burns" and discourages viewers from trying this at home.

Then, they get a call that lets them know the powdery substance is "frozen water."
