Woman shot to death in Chicago's East Side neighborhood

CHICAGO - A woman was shot to death in Chicago's East Side neighborhood Saturday morning. 

Chicago police said an unidentified woman was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 9500 block of South Avenue N around 9:30 a.m. 

She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No one is in custody, according to police. Detectives are investigating the homicide.
