Horrifying video shows moments before suspects fatally shoot 47-year-old father in Chicago alley

Chicago police have released video of the suspects wanted in the murder of a father in Lake View. Hermilo Beltran was shot and killed in March behind the "Happy Camper" restaurant, where he worked.
