Houston officer asks little girl in wheelchair to dance

HPD Officer Sandy Fernandez shows off his dance moves and his heart of gold, after he was caught on video dancing with an adorable little girl in a wheelchair at a party this weekend.

HPD officer Sandy Fernandez was working security at a quinceañera last weekend when he noticed a little girl in a wheelchair smiling and waving at him.

Officer Fernandez, from the North Belt division, asked her to dance and the rest is history.
