Motorcyclist injured in crash on Lake Shore Drive

CHICAGO - A motorcyclist was hospitalized after striking a guard rail on DuSable Lake Shore Drive in Streeterville Tuesday night. 

Chicago police responded to a crash in the 900 block of North Lake Shore Drive at approximately 11:19 p.m. 

A motorcyclist was traveling northbound when they struck guard rail. The victim was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in fair condition. 

Police say there are no citations pending.
