Teenage girl shot in the back in Chicago's South Shore

CHICAGO - Chicago police said a young woman was shot in the back in South Shore on Sunday.

The victim, 19, was inside a vehicle on the 7100 block of South Constance around 1 p.m. when she was shot.

She got herself to Jackson Park Hospital, where she was reported in good condition.

There are no suspects in custody.
