Massive storm to bring snow, severe weather across U.S.

A large winter storm system is moving across the country. It slammed into the western United States over the weekend, dumping heavy snow in the mountains and flash floods in the valleys. On Monday, about 15 million people in more than a dozen states are facing foul weather warnings or watches.
