Suspect jumps out of car, steals woman's purse on South Side

New video from police shows a quick-hitting purse snatcher on Chicago’s South Side.

The robbery happened June 22 at a gas station at 43rd and Union. Surveillance video shows a car pulled up to a woman parked at the pump. A man then jumped out of the back seat and grabbed the victim's purse. The getaway car then sped off, all in a matter of seconds.
